Excel at Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ is Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ's in-house professional development program. Workshops are designed for staff and faculty learning and are primarily facilitated by our in-house talent of higher education professionals. Participants who attend Excel at Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ sessions can look forward to the opportunity to learn and grow their skills, as well as the chance to engage with other members of the campus community. Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ strives to create a campus where everyone feels included and valued. In this session, you'll learn about the Equity Audit Tool, and how we can use the tool to develop programs and policies that center on inclusion and belonging.

Design Effective Flyers

Thursday, Sept. 24

2-3:30 p.m.

Facilitated by Meghan Rubenstein

In 90-minutes, learn to use the principles of graphic design and to better define your target audience to create more effective flyers. We’ll practice by running through exercises in Adobe Express. Bring a laptop for hands-on work throughout the session.
