Welcome to our new digital templates library, which features our transition to Adobe Express as the primary design platform for Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ. Use Adobe Express to access official College fonts, brand elements, and a growing library of design templates, or explore our collection of standalone tools below—including PowerPoint presentations, Zoom backgrounds, and email signatures—designed to elevate your everyday campus communications.

Adobe Express is here!

Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ has replaced our previous design platform (Canva) with Adobe Express. This allows us to offer you higher quality designs that align more closely with the refreshed Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ brand, including all Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ assets and fonts. This change also means separate users, allowing for better organization and accessibility. 

The new Adobe Express platform empowers you to support, elevate, and engage with the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ brand. This library will be updated yearly to keep designs fresh and engaging.

Features include:

  • A brand kit with design elements to connect your materials to the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ brand
  • An extensive template library for everything from flyers to posters to digital slides and more!
  • Three themes: photography focus, typography focus, and brand elements

Getting a license

  • If you have an Adobe Creative Cloud license, you're ready to go.
  • If you need a license, fill out an OCM Request and select the option "Adobe Express" for how OCM can collaborate with you. Thank you.

Use the links below to go directly to the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ brand kit and template collections in Adobe Express. These direct links should allow you to access the resources even if they don’t otherwise appear in your Adobe Express account.

Creating Your Own eLetterhead

For your convenience, you can create your own electronic letterhead using our Adobe Express template. If you’d prefer, submit an OCM Request and OCM will create one for you.

  1. Download the eLetterhead Word document.
  2. .
  3. Select the Personal or Department page.
  4. Update the name, title, and department fields.
  5. Export your selected page as a PNG at 244 × 648 px.
  6. Open the Word document and double-click the header.
  7. On the Header tab, select Change Picture → From a File, then choose your exported PNG.
  8. Save the document. Your personalized letterhead will replace the existing header.

Non-Adobe Express templates

Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ maintains a standardized template library to maintain a consistent look and experience for things like slide or PowerPoint presentations and Zoom meetings. Please feel free to download and use any and all of the refreshed assets listed below to aid in your work for the College.
